Ready to just dive right in and do a blitz? Then this program could be right for you. Whether you choose to visit us at Drake and Associates or to have Gina come to your office, a significant amount of content will be covered in a condensed timeframe. This can sound exciting but without solid follow-through and implementation it can be too much for some practices. That said, with either option you’ll be exposed to real-time leadership, execution and accountability. If you choose to visit us at Drake and Associates, you’ll get to see first-hand a world-class organization, experience exceptional “unreasonable hospitality,” receive training and mentorship from the Drake & Associates team, and work with Gina and Tony right in their office. If you choose to have Gina come to your office, be prepared to work (and have a few laughs along the way). She’ll be onsite to help address and coach to your goals, strategy, roadblocks and team development.

Similar to the one-on-one coaching, we’ll connect before the visit to have an in-depth understanding of what you would like addressed as well as receive feedback from Gina on any blind spots that she thinks should be addressed as well.

You can expect to leave the visit with a laid-out timeline of goal and objectives, responsibility assigned and a deadline. We will also connect after the visit to ensure implementation and help answer any questions that arose after the visit.
